Over the past few days I've started a collection of what I think are the best Halloween costumes this year. The pictures are scattered on two computers so expect more to be up later. I'll post my favorite at the end.
College students, on average, do Halloween best. The level of craziness, creativity, and slut-i-tude of costumes among this population are unmatchable. Due to this, the choice for best costume has always fallen to a college student or students. But this year isn't the case. Infact this year, in my opinion, the best costume came from somewhere we all never expected. Check back later.
